Bijou was born about Dec 17th.  She and her sister were orphans and dropped off at the pound.  Luckily for them a mother cat was also dropped off on the same day and took them over and did a good job of rearing her and her sister. Bijou is a lovely little girl.  She plays and is just as happy as they come.  She is looking for a good home after a rough start in life.
