Look out Panther fans, here is a heart breaker. Phinneas is a sociable little guy born around 3/15/20.  He is confident and playful and just loves to be in a family.  He is fostered with other cats and a little girl who he loves to play with. Phinneas is a big lap cat and just loves a good fleece blanket. He is ready for his new home now and UTD on all of his medical.
